Having issues logging in? Or checking out? It may help to delete the Oyin cookie in your browser's 'privacy' tab, and clear your browser's cache! Here's how:

 

Internet Explorer 8 and above

  1. Launch your Internet Explorer Web browser, then click the "Tools" button on the top panel.
  2. Scroll down and click on the "Internet Options" button.
  3. Click the "Settings" button under the browsing history.
  4. Click "View Files." Find (using the search tool) Oyinhandmade.com, select it, then push the "Delete" button. Click "OK" to confirm the delete.
  5. Close the files window, then click "OK" and "OK" again to save your changes.
  6. Quit Internet Explorer, restart it
  7. Login at Oyin

Firefox:

  1. Go to Preferences
  2. Privacy
  3. Remove Individual Cookies
  4. Find and select 'Oyinhandmade.com' cookies
  5. Remove selected
  6. Select OK
  7. Quit Firefox, and then restart it
  8. Login at Oyin

Google Chrome:

  1. Go to chrome://chrome/settings/
  2. Scroll down to 'advanced settings' and open it
  3. Under 'Privacy' click 'Content Settings'
  4. Under 'Cookies' you will see a button that says 'All cookies and site data...' - click that
  5. Search for Oyinhandmade.com in the 'search cookies' window on the upper right
  6. select all the Oyinhandmade.com cookies, and remove them, hit OK
  7. Quit Chrome, restart it
  8. Login at Oyin

Safari:

Clear cache:

  1. Choose Safari > Empty Cache, and then click Empty.
  2. Clearing Cookies:
  3. Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies and other website data > Details > Search for oyinhandmade.com > Select and delete
  4. Once the last step is complete, quit Safari
  5. Restart Safari
  6. Login at Oyin

It would aslo be wise to have the best browser experience as well, so be sure to have the latest version of your favorite browser. And Internet Explorer users, make sure that you're using IE8 and above, as this site isn't optimized for older versions of IE.
