One of our first joint ventures, we self-published this pocket-sized self-help book in 2001, written by pierre and edited/laid out lovely by jamyla. It was originally subtitled "Tough Love For Artists On The Fence" and was based on conversations we used to have with fellow creative people about ways we could create independence in our lives. The following year, it was picked up and republished in a slightly larger format (and with an asterisk in the title, lol) by a national gift book publisher. Before the end of the year, it had been translated into japanese and rereleased in japan!

The book reads like a conversation with a friend... who is giving you a SERIOUS pep talk! It's one of those books that you get through very quickly, but sticks with you. Many folks have come to us to purchase a 2nd copy b/c they gave their original away. (or it was borrowed and never returned... or just stolen, LOL!).
