I ordered the Burnt Sugar Pomade,whipped Pudding and Juices & Berries. All three of these products left my hair shined,define, supple,and smelling great. I would love if they had separate smelling lines like a burnt sugar pudding smell/ product and etc. I will definately be ordering in the future and will try other O.H products.

What can I say about the Whipped Pudding? It is excellent! I tried it last night by doing a two-strand twist (just one to test out the product), just for the heck of it. My hair loves this stuff! Within two minutes, I took out the twist and the texture of my hair and wave pattern was awesome!!! It doesn't leave my hair crunchy or weighed down! It also leaves my skin with a non-greasy, beautiful glow! I'm ready to order some more and I just received my two jars this week! Thank you to all that worked on my order and made me happy!!!

Even with combination skin, when I first opened this product I instantly thought...FACE CREAM! I've used it at night and even under my powder foundation, and I'm beatin folks off me who are like, \How'd you get that glow? You look so radiant!\" This is LOVE in a jar"

I may be a boring white girl, but this stuff is amazing. I use it as a super luxurious body cream. It goes on easily, penetrates quite quickly, and leaves my skin baby soft. I am also quite scent sensitive, but the smell is absolutely wonderful. Somewhat strong, but v natural. My children tell my I smell like a chocolate bar and offer to lick me frequently. Thank you thank you thank you. Xmas gift for mom, MIL, and friends!

After reading all the hype about this product I had to purchase it for myself. Sadly, it did not live up to my expectations. The whipped pudding has great ingredients but is just not moisturizing enough. I have thick, thirsty, type 4 hair. When I applied it to my hair and scalp, by the next day they are both almost completely dried out. Another problem is the scent. It is really irritating to my nose. It is particularly bad when I try to sleep. I know there used to be an unscented version, and I would have preferred to use that instead of this one.

I have used this product both on my skin and in my hair ... and I love it. I particularly like to use it on a stripe of skin that runs down my spine, which is similar to eczema but apparently caused my salt deposits. That impossible stripe ends up softer than I've ever felt it after a Whipped Pudding treatment, which means your product does better than what a dermatologist recommended to me. Thank you!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE,. This is one of the few products that keeps my hair soft and mosturized. I also massage in on my scalp and it feels so cool. The smell is great too!!!!

WOW! This product is SO AWESOME!!!! I have been using organic coconut oil for a moisturizer, which has been great but it has its limitations (it gets hard when it's cold and liquid when it is hot). The texture of this is so smooth and wonderful! Now I can travel easier with this!! Not only is it a GREAT moisturizer, but it SMELLS SO good!!! Even if you are not a huge chocolate fan, it is EXCELLENT because it makes your skin smell like a delicious treat! I also LOVE it in my hair! I use some at the ends as a leave in conditioner and my husband tells me over and over again how good my hair smells! And that is not even right after it is washed! I have thick, dry hair and it works to hydrate it! Thank God for great referrals! ;-)

The best moisturizer for my 4b hair! Seriously, nothing I have tried besides this has made my hair so SOFT for literally days at a time. My hair was moist and softer than I have ever experienced after using this on a twist out I did after taking out my kinky twists. If moisture is what you need, TRUST this is the best you can get. Not even PURE UNREFINED SHEA BUTTER alone could combat the dryness of this hair- this could!

I have relaxed hair and just used this after washing my hair. I applied it on damp hair and sealed my ends and hair with the Burnt Sugar pomade (which I love). My hair was so moisturized after blow drying. I didn't need to add anything else. I love the chocolate smell and I like that my hair still smelled like chocolate after. I love this along with Burnt Sugar.

Huzzah! This took my bird's nest-dry-and-tangled hair to super moist and luscious in the blink of an eye! I was short on time (heading to a party), so I just sprayed my hair with Greg Juice, rubbed some of the Pudding in my hair (concentrating on the ends and edges) swept my hair in a puff, and added a headband. Out of maybe 60 people that were there, approximately 40 personally came up and told me how pretty my hair looked. I have worn this style before and never received that type of reaction, in fact everyone I know is now jaded to my natural hair! ;~) It softened my hair and gave it a beautiful sheen. I have finally found a moisturizer for my 4a hair! I've used a dab of this along with a dab (literally a teeny tiny dab) of shine and define for twist outs. I even use it in the morning when I wake up to moisturize my hair and it lasts for at least 3 days!! Definitely a must try for everyone!

I use this while doing my twists and i have to say it does a wonderful job at keeping hair moisturized! i love it! another great product.

My mom got me this for a surprise. I like the texture.. And the smell (surprisingly). HOWEVER... It takes FOREVER to arrive. If someone is paying this much for a product its common courtesy to deliver it alot faster. And.. Wouldn't buy again because of it.

I was at my wits end when it came to my hair. I was starting to think that going natural in Colorado was just wishful thinking. NOTHING I did would moisturize my hair. I am so pleased with this product. The drying summer sun had me considering cutting my hair down to nothing. I completely changed my mind when I found this product and the juices and berries! Best product that I have used since Ive been natural. Softens and moisturizes.

Thie stuff smells super sweet and chocolatey! Some days I like that and then some days, when I don't want to smell like a chocolate bar, the smell competes with my other fragrance choices. I really wish there was a more neutral scent option. That said, my hair feels really moist with this product. I have fine, naturally wavy/curly hair (think biracial hair texture) that tends to be very dry. This is great for moisture, but it is a bit heavy. I have to remeber to apply it more liberally at my ends (the pony tail) than at the roots to prevent that flat-top look.

This product deserves 5 stars because it does exactly what the description says it will do. However, upon returning to purchase more, I noticed that the unscented version is no longer available. That is a deal-breaker for me. The smell is way too strong for my taste. I used the scented version to twist my hair at night..I had to change my sheets and wash my silk scarf because the smell was just too much. You really have to lighten up on the chocolate smell, especially since it has nothing to do with the effectiveness of the product. Please reinstate the unscented version for your customers with sensitive noses because I am not the only one who feels this way. Until then, I will use other products.

I really really do love this product I just wish it took less time to get here....I have seen products from other natural black hair care lines that are of same quality as Oyin Handmade.....I have friends who have tried these other products as well and love them.....I really do like Oyin it is just more expensive and takes longer to get here....and with today's economic hardships I need to save every pennie....lol!

Oh Oyin! Love it, love it, love it! I ordered the Whipped Pudding along with several other products and it was the first one I tried. I work in the medical field and I wash my hands constantly to avoid contracting anyone else's illness via germs. Not only have my hands been the softest they have ever been, but I truly appreciate the fact that these products are all natural. I feel completely comfortable putting food in my mouth after moisturizing, knowing that there is no labratory disaster waiting to happen. As far as your shipping times go, AWESOME! I sent in a money order as I am paranoid about ordering things online, and my order was processed promptly upon receipt and I received the order only days after that. I appreciated the emails to keep my informed, and more over I appreciate the handmade quality that comes along with it. I even appreciated that wonderful candy you included. Oyin Handmade is quality at its best! Ladies, sometimes you have to be willing to wait in order to get whats coming to you. =-)

Where do I start, First off the products took way to long arrive. If the items are on back order state that let the customer know what’s going on and not after it exceeds the time you originally stated. When the product finally arrived I could not believe the condition it was in. It had been opened and it was wrapped in some sort of tissue like paper than placed in a Zip Lock Bag??? Did I just order DRUGS???I was confused and the Greg’s Juice spilled all over everything else I was confused and angry. I didn’t send it back because as I stated before it took too long to arrive in the first place. To top things off they threw in some sort of Bee candy???? , Which I did not eat. Given the condition of the package, how do I know who put that in there. NOT A GOOD LOOK.\

My son suffers from Pityriasis alba (light, dry patches of skin) and I tried everything under the sun to help him, including shea butter, cocoa butter, walnut tree salve from Whole Foods, etc... The winters in Chicago are particulary harsh with the cold dry air outdoors and the warm dry air indoors so his condition, which began in the summer, worsened during the winter. I was so desperate to find something to help because he's a pre-teen and the spots were really bothering him, especially during picture time. I have been using Whipped Pudding for years on my elbows, knees and feet but I didn't think of using it on his face until I found I needed something extra for my winter dry face. Lo and behold, the cure! I could instantly tell that Whipped Pudding was going to do the job because he didn't have to reapply during the day. He would put it on in the morning and his face was moisturized all day. Pityriasis alba causes light spots that are supposed to take years to return to normal pigmentation but his face is not only back to its normal color after 3-4 months, but his skin looks baby soft. My father can't believe the transformation and neither can I. Whipped Pudding restored my baby's handsome face.

Great smell, I love the shea butter (I use unrefined on my own head) and this product feels great on hair! I give four stars because it isn't better than just putting straight shea on the head however... the whipped pudding smell much better!

I really love this stuff I got the sample container and in less than 2 months its almost out cuz I just cant get enough of this stuff on my hair and skin. I ordered a couple products from oyin last year (Juices and Berries and Honey Hemp Conditioner). I wasn't a big fan of either so i was skeptical about ordering another product. A friend of mine kept telling me to try the Whipped Pudding for my twists-outs so i finally ordered a small jar. I put a little on my hair before I braid it down at night. I LOVE IT!!! I love the way it makes my fro feel soft and it's not greasy and doesn't weigh it down. I love the scent too...kind of a chocolate coco buttery scent. I haven't tried it on my twist yet, but I plan on doing that this weekend. Either way, I will be purchasing this product again!

i tried this on my hair and it is VERY heavy if you have thin hair. the smell, however, is decadent! i may use this on my skin only and on my hair w/ EVOO as a deep conditioner.

I received this in a sample kit and have been using this as a night cream for my face. This is wonderful, and the smell is soothing as you are trying to wind down your day.

The consistency is like whipped butter and it smells like chocolate cocoa butter. Dries with a light oil shine on the skin. My locs drank up half of this jar already, I should have bought more. Our family had a field day with this stuff, they put it all over their arms and legs. I wish there was a heavier oily version of this for my locs. I probably need to use the pomade and whipped pudding together.

Ok, so I bought this back in summer of 07. I was pregnant at the time and ordered this with Juices and Berries. \
Honestly,when it arrived, I loved the feel of it on my skin, but I couldn't stand the smell, and it did nothing for my hair...then. So I put it away hoping that I could use it again one day. \
2 days ago I used it on my hair and Wow! I love it. My hair totally drinks it up now. My hair texture has changed since I had my daughter, so now I can tell that my hair meshes very well with it now. I went crazy and even put it on my feet with my socks, and they are very soft. The smell is a little bit too sweet, and can be a bit too much. But you won't notice it ten mins later. I rubbed some on my daughters hand (she is one), to soften her hands...and my sister asked me if I put a fig scented lotion on her...lol. It did however give her a dry patch at the spot I rubbed it in on her wrist. So i won't use it on her again. \
But for us adults, its wonderful. My twists are so soft, not dry and it doesn't weigh it down. I have no frizzies and it smells great. You should definatley try it. I have an afro and always have trouble finding good stuff for my hair. This is one that helped alot.

Well I regret to say that I absolutely hated this product, along with all the other products that I ordered. I patiently waited three weeks for my order and was quite disappointed when I received it. The scents were repulsive. I tried so hard to like buy couldn't. I had heard and read so many good things about Oyin Handmade products and just couldn't understand why I couldn't stomach it.

I got this in the Sample Pack and I'm was Blown away! I have to buy Tons of it, because it keeps my hair moisturized and it smells GREAT and I can use it all over! You can't beat that!

Since I am totally hopeless when it comes to keeping my hair in a protective style, I usually wear my hair loose. At night I moisturize my hair, put it in several large twists, and then cover it with a satin scarf. I used this as a moisturizer and by morning my hair still felt dry (and that's used in conjunction with BSP and JB). I think my hair prefers moisturizers that are not water based because it's (my hair) so dry. I do however, recommend this product for people whose hair doesn't mind a water based moisturizer. It's just not for me. Felt great on my feet though lol.

OMG! I love this product. It's so smooth and makes my hair ultra soft. A little is all I need to do my twist sets. The smell is a little strong while applying but it dies down a bit when I go out. It's all good to me. Please go nowhere!!!!

I hated the smell, it was over powering to the nose. I wish they allowed the choice of the unscented in the sample pack. My hands liked it, but that's all. Besides the smell it does what it is supposed to do.If I reoder this it will be the unscented kind.

I love Whipped Pudding!!!! It is the bomb! It smells wonderful and my brothers and sisters were sniffing me all day. I used it in my hair( I have natural black hair) and it made my hair soft enough that I could actually comb it! I am really pleased with this product.

I really like this product!I was a little skeptical because I have sensitive skin and relaxed hair.However It made my hair soft and shiny and my skin was so soft.My feet looked so soft and youthful and my hands..I couldnt stop sniffing them.It was not greasy like some body butters tend to be.It absorbs quickly and leaves you skin very soft.I left the one star off because their were a few times I was a little ashy 8 hours after initial application.Other then that..love it!

Ok, so I was warned by other reviewers about how great the Whipped Pudding smelled. But did I heed their warnings? Of course not. I put the stuff on right before crawling into bed and it kept me for at least an hour and all I waned to do was bite my own arm. I smelled like a delicious natural chocolate bar.

This product saved me! I work in a coffee shop, so I am always washing my hands. I puts some on and I didn't have to reapply for 2 hrs.( washing my hands or get the wet like every 10 min). Today in my chem class I didn't have time to find my lip balm ,so I grabbed my whipped pudding and put some on my lips. Oh so soft! You saved me! I love this product and it is saving my hands from cracking this winter. By now I have cracked and bleeding cuticles from the harsh dry winter. This wonderful stuff seals and protects. Nothing that I have tried has ever worked as great as this! I highly recommend it!

Love it...Love it..Love it! This product keeps my hair so moisturized and soft! Not to mention it smells heavenly!

The first time I used this product, it did nothing for my hair but leave it dry and ashy looking. I didn't love the smell and I had written it off forever. Recently I decided to give it another shot so I ordered some and did some twist with the Whipped Pudding and some Burnt sugar pomade and let me tell ya! My twist are so shiny and soft and they smell like chocolate caramel! I'm keepin this stuff in stock now and I'm glad I gave it a second chance!

I, like many others, purchased a sample first. I highly recommend doing this when trying new products. The whipped pudding is fantastic! I use it all over, head to toe. My hubby loves the scent and he even uses on his scalp. It's so light and yet a little goes a long way. Then, again I ended up buying the 8oz because the 4oz didn't last long enough. Definitely a product worth trying!

This is the only product that leaves my curls perfectly defined and looking sexy, sleek and shiny. I get frequent compliments! When i recieved my first batch in the sample pack, i must say that i was just a tad dissapointed. Many of the reviews said that there was this yummy chocolate scent and that it was whipped and very light. Mine... not so much! But i got my 8oz container of whipped pudding today and oooohhhh lemme tell you lol. This stuff smells wonderful. I used it on my skin and some in my hair (mixed with a little juices and berries) and i cant stop smelling myself. The people at my job must think I'm crazy! Great product!

I have eczema & very dry skin and for a while now I've been on a search for an all-natural alternative to prescription medicines and thankfully I found Whipped Pudding. The smell is WONDERFUL!!!! I love the whipped pudding. Right now I have my hair in twists and have been using the whipped pudding as my moisturizer. It's been soaking into my hair and smells fabulous. I have gotten so many compliments about the way my hair smells. I've also used this combined with the whipped shea butter in BlackCedarFig and the scent is amazing.

Lovely lovely Lovely!! Did I mention how lovely this stuff is? lol I love the smell and OH it is so light on my hair and scalp. I used it with the Greg Juice as a leave in overnight and my comb coils were soft and moisturized in the morning. I am DEFINITELY buying the full sizes soon.

I really didn't like this when I first got it. I was like this in no way, shape or form, smells like chocolate..lol..and I love chocolate! So I let my mom have it and she loves it. After she had been using it for 2 weeks or so, I noticed that since it had been there a while, the nasty scent wasn't there anymore and I decided to try it. OMG, this stuff is AMAZING. And I love the fact that it is good for my hair AND skin. So since I had given my mom my pudding, I had to order some more for myself now because I LOVE this stuff now. Just goes to show that first impressions aren't always accurate. My suggestion is to let this stuff sit for a week and then it will be all good.

I've suffered from super sensitive, super dry skin all my life, but the whipped pudding is heavenly. It does an excellent job at moisturizing without a greasy or sticky feel. I'm a martial arts student, and it's great for softening the skin on my heels, knees, ankles and elbows (which all take a beating thanks to grappling). I love the whipped pudding. I love how it does not make your hair or hands feel oily after use. I have used it on my hair after a rollerset to moisturize and it moisturizes without weighing down the hair. I love it for my feet making them so soft. My co-worker just bought a jar of this stuff. I went completely natural in Aug 05. I heard about your products along with a couple others on various websites. I tried other products for my twists they worked well...so I thought. I tried Whipped Pudding after being natural for about a month and the difference was incredible! My hair was so soft that people would literally play in it. It felt like cotton, super mosturized cotton. I recently ran out and thought I could mix some of my own ingredients together, as I had most of what you put in yours at home. Oh how wrong I was. I just about cried with the results. Your Whipped Pudding is the ONLY product I will use in my hair from now on!

Oh, we use this creamy, coco-shea, goodness on all our body parts in my home. We can't keep our hands off or out it. It's so rich, so moisturizing, so good for our hair and skin and it has such a pleasant smell.

I LOOOOOOOOVVVVVVVEEEE this stuff!! I use it head to toe, literally. I even use it as a moisturizer on my acne prone skin, and it does not feel laden with grease by the end of the day. Whipped Pudding is to die for.I love it, I use it everyday on my hair and I will never use anything else for my hair. The second week of me using it my male friend was walking by me and was like what is that smell, then he started smelling me ( I was like get away) then he said it's your hair it smells good what are you using. The whipped pudding has completely changed my hair. Even my mom noticed and asked me to get her some. My mother is very skeptical about hair products and is often reluctant to try something new, but while she was braiding my hair during one of our mom/daughter bonding moments, she couldn't stop talking about how soft my hair was. Well Mrs. Mistress, you know that I buy my Whipped Pudding ALL the time and specify it to be an extra chocolate-ty smell, lol. It's great on my hair, it doesn't become sticky when you apply it but it moisturizes so well and is light and fluffy but still manages to give a nice hold. \
